This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet was built in Germany in November of 1995 and originally delivered to the Mercedes-Benz dealership near Demarest, New Jersey. That first owner kept the car until 2004, when the car only had 20,467 miles. Fox Motorsports facilitated the purchase of the car in April of 2004, for a local client in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It has remained under our fastidious care for over 10-years and we’ve handled all care including regular servicing, detailing, and winter storage.

This E320 Cabriolet is extremely clean and is in excellent condition. It has been both cosmetically and mechanically maintained to the highest level throughout its life. Everything works as original. It had a full service (oil/filter, coolant, brake fluid, and full inspection) in February of 2014, less than 500 miles ago. Other recent services and common W124 fixes done include: fuel hose and fuel filter replacement in March 2013, new engine wiring harness in April of 2012, new ignition coils in March of 2012, major service in March 2011 (oil/filter change, brake fluid, coolant, fuel filter, air filter, cabin filter, transmission service/filter, spark plugs, differential service, and new 195/65R-15 Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires).

This E320 Cab drives great, has never seen snow/salt, and has rarely seen rain. It has always been stored in a climate-controlled environment (on a battery trickle charger) when not in use. It is 100% stock and unmodified. The car is well-equipped, with automatic climate control (with cold A/C), heated seats, CD changer, power/memory seats, cruise control, and integrated rollover protection. All original tools (still sealed), owner’s manual, records, etc. are included.

The Mercedes-Benz 300CE Cabriolet was introduced for the 1993 model year and was the company’s first four-seat convertible since the 280SE Cabriolet—which was last offered in 1971. The model name was then changed to E320 for 1994. 1995 was the last year for the E320 Cabriolet (and the November 1995 build of this car makes it one of the last for the U.S. market). The Mercedes 300CE/E320 Cab features seating for four adults, a 217 horsepower 3.2-liter inline-6 engine, and a 4-speed automatic transmission. This is a Mercedes from the era of old school, over-the-top build standards. It offers open-top motoring for four adults at a fraction of the cost of what the car sold for new.
