SOLD: 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage

V8 Vantage, 10,900 miles, Red with black leather/red stitching (a stunning combination), 6-speed manual, Xenon headlights, 19-inch wheels, navigation.

SOLD

Hand-built in Gaydon England, the V8 Vantage is powered by a dry-sump 4.3 liter, 380 hp V8.  The Vantage is propelled to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds and tops out at 178 mph.  Handling benefits from a lightweight aluminum chassis and body featuring 49/51% front/rear weight distribution.  Power is sent to the wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission.  The overall result is a capable car that handles very well, sounds fantastic, and is one of the best looking cars on the road—praise that was echoed when the V8 Vantage made the 2007 Automobile Magazine All Stars list as well as their Design of the Year.

This one-owner example has covered 10,900 miles since being sold new at Lake Forest Sports Cars in Illinois.  Pictures don’t do justice to the special order Rosso Corsa (Italy’s historic racing red and commonly seen on cars by Ferrari - both new and old) over black leather with red contrasting stitching throughout the interior.  Other options include navigation, HID headlights, heated seats, integrated battery charger, and 19” wheels.  It has a clean Carfax (no accidents), has been stored winters in a climate-controlled environment since new, and has only been dealer maintained (latest annual service at Aston Martin of Troy in Feb 2010).

The car is in very good condition with no wear evident on any of the interior surfaces.  The paint is brilliant, scratch free, and only has a few touched-up stone chips up front, as is common to any car.
