Presented in its original Sandalwood paint, this 1966 Cadillac Sedan de Ville Hardtop Sedan is in remarkable condition. It as been owned and cared for by the same family since new, being sold from uncle to nephew in September of 1988. It is equipped with 6-way power seats, power windows (with manual vent windows), and a power antenna as well as air-conditioning and AM radio. Overall this Sedan de Ville is a very clean, rust-free example with consistent body gaps. The original Sandalwood paint shows well though the finish is thinning in spots and has some minor scratches. The cloth and leather interior is original and excellent, with only minor wear. The engine fires right up with no hesitation and idles smoothly. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly and consistently. The engine bay shows the attention to maintenance that is evident throughout the vehicle. Service was performed regularly by the original owner (who restored vintage cars as a hobby). This excellent care continued with his nephew. Oil change records on the driver’s door jam indicate miles of 29,270 in September of 1986, further substantiating the 37,960 miles. The original spare tire and jack are present in the trunk.

Overall, it is a well cared for example that has obviously only been driven sparingly on nice days. It has been preserved and maintained in it’s very nice, original state and is a great example of a mid 60s Cadillac Sedan de Ville.
